The three founding partners met at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the 1990s and helped overhaul the agency, strengthening the nation's preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery programs.
They subsequently co-founded a leading provider of emergency management, disaster recovery, and grants management services, where they delivered high-quality consulting and staff augmentation support to their clients for more than 14 years.
After selling that company in 2014, the partners founded DCMC to continue to provide these important services.
In 2020, DCMC Partners joined The Lemoine Company, expanding the firm's financial strength and client service offerings.
Our mission is to help our clients secure and retain the funding to fuel recovery, reduce financial risk, rebuild better and stronger in the wake of catastrophic disasters, build capacity and prepare for the future.
The DCMC team solves the problems and disagreements that often accompany complex disaster recovery and hinder recovery efforts, threatening clients' financial well-being.
